Ingredients

  1. 2 ounces of Jameson Irish Whiskey 
  2. 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice 
  3. 3/4 ounce of simple syrup 
  4. Half an egg white (optional, for froth) 

How to make

  1. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, syrup and egg white (if using) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass or coupe.
  4. Garnish with bitters or fruit.
