Where can I track my orders?
Register with your account. To view all of your completed orders, click on your profile name in the top right corner, then select "My Account."

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please get in touch with our customer service team by phone or email before 3 PM to cancel your order (a day prior to delivery). However, we do not provide services to change your order. You can request to cancel your order and then place a new order on our website for the necessary items.

What is your return policy for alcohol products?
Our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning or requesting refunds for alcohol products. Please review it for detailed information.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive damaged or incorrect items,please contact our customer support team,and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

How do I find out if my order has been accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you place an order online, along with your order information and order number.

How can I find the progress of my order?
To check the status of your order, you can reach our customer support staff by phone from Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM. As an alternative, you can email us at customerservice@richmondcellar.com. To help us process your request faster, kindly mention your order number. The order number can be found in the email that was provided to you as confirmation.

How do I make a purchase through your website?
Please use your login information to access your account.

Choose your preferred product category by clicking on the "Beers, Wines & Spirits" link at the top of the page.

• Go through our selection of items and click the "Add to Cart" button to choose your favorite.
• Your shopping cart will be updated with the item(s) you've chosen.
• You are free to shop longer and add more products to your cart.
• Click on the "Cart Icon" in the top right corner of the page to see what's in your shopping cart.
• You can modify the quantity of the chosen items while they are in your cart. To do this, fill up the "QTY" section with the appropriate quantity.
• To update the shopping cart with your selections, click the "update shopping cart" button.
• Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button found below your basket total when you are ready to complete your purchase.
• If you haven't already, you will be prompted to confirm your phone number. Click the button to generate an OTP to validate the phone number. Your profile's number will receive an OTP, which you must input to complete the verification process. After verification, select "Next" to get on with the checkout procedure.
• If you have previously visited the site, your most recent address will be prefilled. You can modify your contact information and address as necessary. Update your name, phone number, and address if you are a new customer.
• Go over the summary of your order and select your preferred payment option.
• The "Confirm Order" button should be clicked once you have reviewed your order.
• On successful order submission, you will receive an email order confirmation.

Why does the product packing I received differ from the one seen on your website?
The product image on our website is merely for display purposes; the product's actual packaging or vintage may be different.

Can I view your entire portfolio online?
We currently only provide a limited selection of products on our website. Please return frequently to our website as we soon hope to expand the range of products we provide.

Can I utilize a group discount, discount code, or gift certificate when making online purchases?
Discount vouchers, group discounts, and gift certificates cannot currently be used online.
