Refund Policy

We invite you to check our refund and return policy if, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with a purchase.
The things that You have purchased from us are subject to the aforementioned conditions.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation:
The following circumstances establish the meanings of words whose first letter is capitalized. The following definitions are to be understood equally whether they are written in the singular or plural.
Definitions:
In accordance with this return and refund policy, "Application" refers to any software that you have downloaded from the Company onto an electronic device.
- Richmond Global General Trading L.L.C. is referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement.
- The objects listed for sale on the Service are referred to as goods.
- Orders refer to your requests to buy goods from us.
- The Application is referred to as the Service.
- "You" refers to the person accessing or using the service, or, if applicable, the business or other legal entity that the person is accessing or using on their behalf.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Within 30 minutes, you have the right to cancel your order with no justification.
A cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of the day you received the goods from the order.
You must use a clear statement to notify us of your decision if you want to exercise your right to cancel. You can let us know what you've decided by:

- By phone number
Within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods, we will compensate You. You won't be charged anything for this reimbursement because we'll utilize the same payment method you did for the Purchase.
Conditions for Returns
1. Please make sure the following things in order for the goods to be eligible for a return:
- They were purchased within the past 24 hours
- They are in the original packaging
- The following goods cannot be returned: The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
2. The distribution of goods that, by nature, cannot be returned, degrade quickly, or have passed their expiration date.
3. the provision of goods that were opened after delivery and are not acceptable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons.
4. The distribution of goods that, by nature, are combined with other goods after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
5. Only items with standard prices may be reimbursed. Sale items can't, regrettably, be returned. If the relevant law forbids it, this exclusion might not apply to You.
Returning Goods
The expense and risk of returning the goods to us are your responsibility. The following address is where the goods should be sent:

Items lost or damaged in return shipping are not our responsibility. Hence, we advise using a trackable and insured mail service. Without actual receipt of the goods or evidence of received return delivery, we are unable to provide a refund.
Gifts
If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to You once we receive the returned item.
We will send the refund to the gift giver if the Items weren't marked as gifts when they were purchased or if the gift donor had the Order sent to themselves so they could give it to You later.
Return Policy
Once a product has been delivered, we do not accept returns. But, you have the option of returning the entire order at the time of delivery without opening the box (or breaking the seal). If there is any breakage during delivery or if the products are discovered to be defective, we will supply replacement goods on a case-by-case basis. Within 24 hours after receiving the order, you must send us an email at richmondspirits.com with a copy of your invoice, a picture of the defective item, and a description of the situation that justifies the replacement request. Requests for replacements will be processed within 72 hours of receipt and are entirely at the discretion of Richmond Cellar General Trading L.L.C.
