What is your Delivery Schedule?
Every day, we offer home deliveries.
How soon can you deliver my order?
Depending on your preference, we can either deliver your order now or tomorrow. During checkout, you can select the preferred delivery mode. Please be aware that orders must be placed by the deadlines listed below in order to be eligible for the preferred delivery option.:
• Standard Delivery:
Inside Abu Dhabi:
Orders placed on or before 12 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be fulfilled the following day.
Does the minimum order amount apply?
No, there is no minimum order quantity.
Does the shipping fee apply?
Yes, there is a 10 AED non-refundable shipping cost for orders under 100 AED.
Do you deliver to all areas in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain?
Yes, with the exception of the following places, we do offer same-day and next-day deliveries to all of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
For orders submitted by 2 PM on Sunday, Tuesday, or Friday, respectively, deliveries to Al Ruwais are planned for every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
Ruwais does not presently offer same-day deliveries.
Orders placed by 2 PM on Sunday will receive a delivery on Monday to Madinat Zayed (Zayed City).
Orders placed by 2 PM on Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday to the following locations..
Currently, we do not provide same day delivery to these areas:

Can you deliver at my office address?
Due to the nature of the product we can only deliver to your home address.
Do you deliver to serviced apartments and hotels?
Yes; we do. Our delivery team will call you once they have arrived at your location. If the building security does not give our team the access to the building, you will be required to meet our delivery team in the lobby of the building to accept your delivery. Please note if you fail to meet our delivery team, we will take your order back as returned and refund your payment (excluding delivery fee).
How will you deliver my order?
Your order will be brought to you in a van or truck that is chilled. Prior to visiting your home, a member of our team will call you to confirm the delivery time and determine your availability. Your valid ID (any one of the following: Emirates ID alcohol license, UAE driving license, passport) must be shown at the time of delivery so that our team may validate it.
Why do you need to check my ID?
Only those who are over 21 may order alcoholic beverages, according to the legislation. Thus, we ask that you give us a copy of your current, legal ID so that we can verify your age. Please be aware that in order to verify your order, our delivery team will also snap a photo of your valid ID. There won't be any other uses for this.
Do I need to personally collect my delivery or can someone else collect it on my behalf?
Yes. Only after we have verified your ID will we be able to send your order to you.
What is your return policy?
After delivery, we do not accept returns. Nonetheless, you are free to check the things' condition when they are delivered and, if it is found to be in any way unsatisfactory, refuse to accept it.
What if some of the items are missing from my order?
If the product you ordered is out of stock, this can happen. We make every effort to prevent this from happening, but if it does, be assured that you won't be charged for the item that went missing. The only items included in your final invoice value are those that are being delivered to you.
Will you refund delivery charge, if the order is not delivered within 48 hours?
Please be aware that our regular delivery fee of AED 20 (for orders below AED 100) is non-refundable. We offer this fee to offset the cost of sending alcoholic beverages in a quality-controlled, secure, and safe manner to your home.
