Delivery Days

We deliver every day from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including Sundays and Public Holidays.

Same-Day Delivery

Yes, we offer same-day delivery, subject to delivery slot availability.

Minimum Order Value

  • Express Delivery: AED 100 (Abu Dhabi City)
  • Delivery: AED 50
  • Click & Collect: No minimum order value

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Area (Within 30 km)

  • Orders AED 50–100: AED 20 delivery fee
  • Orders AED 100 and above: Free delivery

Extended Delivery Area (Beyond 30 km)

  • Orders below AED 300: AED 30 additional
  • Orders AED 300 and above: Free delivery

Delivery Areas

We provide 90-minute express delivery within Abu Dhabi City and Al Ain City. Orders to locations beyond our standard delivery zone may be subject to additional delivery charges or a higher minimum order value. If applicable, our team will contact you to confirm the revised delivery fee before dispatch.

Scheduled Delivery

You can select your preferred delivery date. Specific delivery times are currently unavailable.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that fall outside our delivery coverage or cannot be fulfilled safely or within operational capacity.

Workplace & Hotel Deliveries

Yes, but if security blocks access, please meet the driver in the lobby

How Deliveries Work

Orders are transported in climate-controlled vehicles to maintain product quality.

Age Verification

In accordance with UAE law, alcohol can only be delivered to customers aged 21 years or older. A valid Emirates ID or Passport must be presented upon delivery.

Missing or Unavailable Items

  • Online Payments: Any unavailable or missing items will be refunded.
  • Cash/Card on Delivery: You will only be charged for the items delivered.
    We may cancel or adjust items due to stock availability
