Order Management
View Orders: Log in, click your profile, and select "My Account."
Cancel or Change Order: Call 800-CELLARS or reach us on WhatsApp. Orders cannot be edited, but you can cancel and reorder.
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with your order details and number.
Order Status: Call, WhatsApp, or email us at customerservice@richmondcellar.com (9 AM – 12 PM) with your order number.
Placing an Order
Go to RichmondCellar.com.
Log in and browse drinks.
Add items to your cart, edit quantities if needed.
Select a delivery method: Express, Scheduled, or Click & Collect and click "Checkout."
Enter your details, choose a payment method, and place the order.
Receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.

Product Authenticity
All products are 100% genuine and stored in climate-controlled conditions. You may refuse delivery if unsatisfied.
