Where can I view my orders?
Log in to your account and click your profile name in the top-right corner. Then hit “My Account” to see all your confirmed orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel an order, call our Customer Care Team at 800-CELLARS (800-2355277).
Once an order is placed, it can’t be edited. Need to make changes? Just cancel and place a new one at RichmondCellar.com.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll get an email right after placing your order with all the details and your order number.
How can I check my order status?
Call us or chat with Customer Care from 9 AM to 6 PM, or email us at customerservice@richmondcellar.com. Don’t forget to include your order number.
Placing an Order on RichmondCellar.com
To order from RichmondCellar.com, you MUST be 21+. This applies to both UAE residents and tourists.
Here’s how to order:
- Go to www.RichmondCellar.com
- Choose Abu Dhabi as your location
- Confirm your delivery zone
- Pick a delivery method: Express, Scheduled, or Click & Collect
- Log in with your Richmond Cellar credentials
- Browse or search your favorite drinks (Champagne, Wine, Beer, Spirits)
- Add items to your cart
- Edit quantities in your cart if needed
- Click “Checkout”
- Verify your phone number (optional, but helps with smooth delivery)
- Enter your delivery info and pick a time slot
- Choose your payment method
- Hit “Place Order”
- You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s all set

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Everything’s 100% legit and stored in climate-controlled conditions. Not happy? You can refuse it at delivery and we’ll take it back.
Why does the packaging look different from the website?
What you see online is for reference. Packaging might vary depending on the batch or supplier.
Is your full range available online?
Not yet. But we’re adding new products regularly, so keep checking back.
Can I use discount codes or vouchers?
Yep! Apply any valid promo code at checkout for some sweet savings.
