This is a classic light-to-medium-bodied Beaujolais. It's made to be enjoyed for its freshness and fruitiness, rather than for long-term aging. The vinification usually involves thermoregulated open vats for fermentation and aging in stainless steel for 5-6 months, preserving its vibrant fruit character.
